Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the consulting services (“Services”) provided by Access Law Admissions Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “Consultant”) to you (“Client”). By engaging our Services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services We offer advice, feedback, editing, and strategy guidance related to law school applications, including personal statements, resumes, and application preparation.

2. No Guarantee of Admission We strive to provide high-quality guidance, but we do not—and cannot—guarantee admission to any law school. Admission decisions rest solely with the individual institutions to which you apply. Client success or failure in securing admission is outside our control and we assume no responsibility for any outcome.

3. Limitation of Liability Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, loss of opportunities, or damage to reputation), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Client Responsibilities Client must provide accurate, complete, and timely information and materials as requested. Client retains sole responsibility for reviewing and approving all final application materials before submission. Client acknowledges that ultimate control over deadlines, application fees, and school requirements remains with Client.

5. Fees and Payment All Services are provided in exchange for agreed-upon fees. Payment terms, refund policies, and any additional costs will be set forth in a separate engagement letter or invoice.

6. Confidentiality We will treat all Client materials and communications as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required by law or with Client’s written consent.

7. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following any revision constitutes Client’s acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with any engagement letter or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between Client and Consultant and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral. By retaining our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
